I am particularly tall/short and I would like my skirt to be customized. Does the Online Shop charges additional costs?

No. As all of our dresses are handmade, we can easily make the item you choose for your size. When you are purchasing, don't forget to write that you would like your skirt to be customized and to write your measurements.

How to take my measurements at home?

Can I change the item I ordered?

Yes, you can. You can only change it in case the size is not good. You can't change the model or the color and we can't change customized or taylor-made products.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges may vary according to the destination and according to the weight of the product you purchased. For delivery charges you can simply put the items you would like to purchase into your basket and when you write the shipping address, it will be automatically calculated.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance, Paypal, or you can pay by bank transfer.

How long will the delivery take?

For the delivery times please check out the website of the Swiss Post or DHL, according to what shipping method you choose. Please note, that most items in the Online Shop are handmade, and the orders will be dispatched within 10 woking days.


How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes. We will not share your data with any other third parties.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When you ordered one ore more items, you'll receive an email with our confirmation. We will start the production in case your item is not on stock, and soon you'll get your pack.

I didn'r receive any order confirmation. What can I do?

In case you don't receive our email with your order confirmation within 24 hours, please email us at: info@fashionflamenco.com and we will immediately check your order.


Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will email the invoice and will be put it in your pack.
